At Berkeley Square, LOCK5 partnered once again with Timebased Events to deliver bespoke interior fit-outs for two major back-to-back events - the London Real Estate Forum and the Glamour Women of the Year Awards.
THE BRIEF
Deliver premium interior finishes within a temporary structure that would host two high-profile events - requiring speed, adaptability and absolute coordination with multiple contractors on a restricted central London site.
BUILT DIFFERENT
This was a build where timing was everything.
Working in close sequence with the structure team, LOCK5 installed bespoke tack-off linings as soon as each section became available - maintaining constant momentum across a fast-moving, high-pressure programme.
Planning was critical. By understanding how the structure would evolve between events, elements were integrated early to enable a seamless transition.
For the second phase, a bespoke 20m x 40m pitched tack-off roof was manufactured and installed, alongside additional lining systems to deliver a clean, consistent finish throughout.
All delivered within tight access restrictions, limited space and continuous coordination with other suppliers.
