Royal Ascot sets the standard for luxury hospitality in the UK.
Working with Engage, LOCK5 designed and delivered a premium event space that needed to feel genuinely different from everything else on the Ascot site. Modern. Elegant. Distinctive. A space where men and women alike feel comfortable and effortlessly well dressed.
The brief was clear: no traditional hospitality formula. Guests shouldn’t feel anchored to a seat all day. The space needed to move with them, with moments of energy and moments of calm, inside and out.
LOCK5 created a flowing guest journey with lounge areas across both the interior and the deck, and high-impact architectural zones that gave each area its own identity and purpose. A branded photographic installation became the centrepiece of Engage’s social media presence and the backdrop for broadcast throughout the week.
