At Berkeley Square, LOCK5 partnered with Timebased Events to deliver back-to-back transformations of a single temporary venue - hosting both the Glamour Women of the Year Awards and the London Real Estate Forum.
Two high-profile events with entirely different audiences, atmospheres and requirements - delivered within one continuous build programme.
THE BRIEF
Create a flexible environment capable of hosting two distinct, large-scale events - with a seamless transition between them and no compromise on finish, function or impact.
BUILT DIFFERENT
Success depended on thinking ahead.
LOCK5 planned the second build during the first installation - integrating elements early to enable a fast, efficient transformation between events.
Works included bespoke hard walling, cladding, graphics and stock linings, alongside the manufacture and installation of a 20m x 40m pitched tack-off roof section designed specifically for the second event configuration.
Every decision was made to maximise speed, minimise disruption and maintain a premium finish across both environments.
